YearOne uses third-party sub-processors to provide our Services. This page lists all sub-processors that process personal data on behalf of our customers in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
Sub-processor Updates
We will notify customers via email at least 30 days before engaging new sub-processors or materially changing the scope of an existing sub-processor. To receive these notifications, ensure your account email is up to date.

Data Protection
All sub-processors are bound by contract to:
- Process data only on our documented instructions
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Assist with data protection obligations
- Delete or return data upon termination
For transfers outside the EEA, we use EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.
